APAC moisture remediation products are problem stopping, problem solving, moisture reducing. ENCapSeal^TM is an encapsulator, sealer and primer making it a truly a unique product. Our moisture and alkali resistant formula reduces moisture emission by sealing the substrate and protecting adhesive and floor covering from moisture vapor emissions. ENCapSealTM isolates old adhesive residue, preventing migration and subsequent staining while improving the adhesive’s long-term bond strength.

V-BLOCK^TM is an acrylic-based emulsion that has been specially formulated to be used as a primer-sealer directly over wood and concrete substrates. V-BLOCK serves as an adhesion promoter by sealing dusty surfaces and reducing surface porosity. V-BLOCKTM is ideal for use with most underlayments and patching compounds.
